Fall Inspiration
Fall is one of my favorite seasons, running a close second to Spring. Living in the north woods of Wisconsin, no one can deny the colorful beauty of the Fall season. Even the Fall air sparks a sense of calmness and gratitude. Well, that’s my interruption anyway.
These leaves, which I gathered during a walk, provided the inspiration for the Fall Afghan. I was lucky enough to find a yarn which served the purpose perfectly. It is Hobby Lobby “I Love This Yarn” in Cinnamon Cedar.
The pattern I used was from Creative Grandma, called the Moss Ripple Stitch.
Many of the things I make I either giveaway or donate, but this afghan I kept for myself! The yarn creates a soft, cuddly and warm blanket. I love it! I hope you’ll give it a try!
Happy crocheting!
